BUNER: The owner of Buner Medical Complex, Daggar, Haji Jehanzeb, on Thursday offered 10 rooms having the facility of ventilators for use as isolation centre for coronavirus patients to the local administration and said that the whole 200-bed hospital might be used in case of need.
Deputy commissioner Mohammad Khalid Khan along with Daggar AC Latief Khan visited the hospital and expressed satisfaction over availability of modern facilities there.
The DC told mediapersons that the district administration and local people would jointly fight and defeat the coronavirus. He said that the ventilators facility with experienced health staff of BMC would help to best treat the Covid-19 infected patients. He appreciated the volunteerism of the BMC owner Jehanzeb and prayed for his success.
Talking to mediapersons, assistant commissioner Latif Khan disclosed there were only four ventilators available at the district headquarters hospital.
