KHAR: A woman died when roof of a house collapsed in a hilly locality in Salarzai tehsil due to rain on Wednesday, residents and officials said.
They said the incident occurred in Bigal village, adding wife of Azizur Rahman was critically wounded and was shifted to the district headquarters hospital, Khar, where she died. The victim aged 45.
Officials said roofs of two more houses collapsed in the Salarzai region on Wednesday. However, no causality was reported.
