Stray dogs

Published March 21, 2020

THE Sindh government has recently asked people to report stray dogs on two dedicated given telephone numbers. I tried several times to get in touch with the officials concerned on these numbers, but in vain. They were found engaged.

In the population of over two billion, how is it possible to reach the authorities only on two numbers?

It shows the poor intention of the officers to reach out to the citizens for their grievances. As a result, money spent on the advertisement went to dogs.
