SAHIWAL: Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) Director General Moazzam Iqbal Sipra suspended five officials of the Arazi Record Centre (ARC) from service over Rs2.2m corruption allegations.
Responding to the public complaints, Deputy Commissioner Zeeshan Javed conducted an inquiry, which proved corruption charges right.
The DC reported the matter to the PLRA Headquarters in Lahore, which suspended ARC incharge Muhammad Umaar while Mubashir Wattoo, Assistant Director Aswad, Ghulam Murtaza alias GM and Nayar Kazmi from services.
