I AM an unfortunate customer of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines. My experience has taught me to stop wailing about the expensive and ever-increasing cost of gas.
I have also stopped crying about the non-refund of extra billing which SNGP imposed on us last winter and its refund was promised by no less a person than the prime minister. But what I should do for the delivery of bills after the expiry of due date? This regularly happens each month.
I have approached the authorities from lowest to the highest level, but all in vain. The fact that this happens every month without fail, leads one to conclude that it is a deliberate and well-thought policy of the company.
We are already groaning under the rising inflation. It is highly unfair on the part of the SNGP to make us pay extra money.
