Successive governments have been claiming credit for the export of talented manpower to other countries and in the process using the foreign remittances that they send home. I find it very alarming that the foreign exchange being sent to Pakistan is being consumed without creating job opportunities or other means of employment for them when they return home.
Is anyone concerned about the future of these expatriates who number in the hundreds of thousands once they return home? One prays the federal and provincial governments have drawn up plans to meet this contingency.
