KARACHI, Aug 20: Muhammad Yousuf grabbed his sixth win in the World seniors snooker championship in Manama, Bahrain spiced with a break of 101 in a 3-0 win over Isa Al Ratsi of Saudi Arabia.
The 56-year-old looked in top form as he won 63-42, 105-7 110-1. He cracked the 101 break in the second frame and wrapped up the match in style with another break of 77 in the final frame.
Yousuf enjoys top slot in Pool ‘B’ with Geet Sethi of India, with whom he will clash in his last league match on Monday.
Sarwar Siddiqui who after losing three matches recovered to beat Michael Hines of South Africa 44-60, 26-64, 65-53, 57-17, 72-22. Sarwar is already out of the race.—APP
