ISLAMABAD: Top players Aqeel Khan and Muzammil Murtaza along with other seeded players easily won their respective matches to reach the second round of the Begum Kulsum Saifullah Khan National Ranking Tournament here at the PTF Complex on Wednesday.

Aqeel defeated Asadullah 6-3, 6-2 while Muzammil outplayed Hamid-ul-Haq 6-2, 6-4.

A total of 32 matches were played in the men’s singles, boys 18 & under category on the third day of the tournament.
