KARACHI: Anti-Quackery teams of the Sindh Healthcare Commission (SHCC) sealed off 26 more clinics in a week across the province.
The anti-quackery teams also issued warning notices to six other clinics over non-compliance while six clinics were found compliant. A clinic in Nazimabad was sealed after detailed inspection by Inspection & Enforcement team (I&ET) of DAQ, SHCC.
The Directorate of Anti-Quackery SHCC in its drive against quacks has been taking actions across Sindh. In this week, 15 FIRs have been lodged by the directorate, out of which 12 FIRs were lodged against quacks and three against those facilitating and helping quacks in illegal de-sealing of healthcare establishments (HCEs) in district Sanghar which were previously sealed.
