QUETTA: Officials of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in Balochistan will hold an open court here on Thursday (tomorrow).

NAB Director General, Balochistan, Farmanullah will attend the open court to hear complaints of people.

According to a NAB spokesperson, the open court would be held between 2pm to 3pm on Thursday at the bureau’s regional office in the province.

“All complaints falling in the domain and jurisdiction of the National Accountability Bureau law of 1999 will surely be entertained,” he said.

The open court is held on the instructions of NAB Chairman retired Justice Javed Iqbal on the last Thursday of every month.

Those who want to point out corrupt practices of government officials can appear before the open court.

Complaints about misuse of power, mishandling, corruption, cheating with people, bank frauds, deliberate nonpayment of dues, etc., would be heard, the spokesperson said.

People are requested to bring proofs and evidence along with their applications.
