PESHAWAR: Chief of Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam Maulana Fazlur Rehman has said that the PTI government is either working under ‘foreign agenda’ to destroy the country’s economy or incapable to bring the country out from the present economic crisis.

Addressing the participants of a sit-in in Bannu staged under his party’s ‘plan-B’, Maulana Fazl said days of Imran’s government were numbered, adding JUI-F Azadi March had successfully mobilised the masses.

The JUI-F chief claimed that the foundations of the incompetent government had been shaken and warned prime minister Imran Khan that his days in power were numbered.

He claimed that his Azadi March had achieved its target, adding the JUI-F didn’t go to the federal capital without any purpose. He came down hard on Imran Khan for calling opposition leaders ‘thieves’, alleging the ‘selected’ government had offered NRO to Imran’s sister.

He said the foreign funding case against PTI was pending in the Election Commission for the last five years while the ruling party didn’t bother to attend its hearings. He alleged that PTI received funds from Israel and India.
