QUETTA: A sessions court has ordered filing an FIR against Duki Assistant Commissioner Miran Baloch and Levies official Israr Ahmed in a sit-in attack case.

The order was issued by Loralai Sessions Court Judge Hakim Kakar on a petition filed by Malik Ameer Mohammad Nasar of a traders’ association.

The assistant commissioner and Levies Risaldar had allegedly attacked the participants of the sit-in in Duki during a protest against the building of a wall in the central market.

They are also accused of ordering aerial firing to disperse the protesters.
