ISLAMABAD: The anti-terrorism court on Thursday acquitted an accused in the Azam Tariq murder case. ATC Judge Shahrukh Arjumand had reserved judgment after the prosecution and defence counsel concluded their arguments.

The court on Thursday acquitted Mohsin Naqvi while giving him the benefit of doubt. The same court has already acquitted Sibtain Kazmi in the murder case.The chief of the banned Sipah-i-Sahaba Pakistan (SSP) was coming from Jhang to Islamabad along with his four bodyguards when he was gunned down.
