KARACHI: BDS final results

KARACHI, Aug 8: The University of Karachi on Monday declared the results of BDS (final professional) annual exams 2005, with a pass percentage of 85.50. As many as 160 candidates appeared in the exams out of which 137 were declared pass. Results of two candidates were withheld for want of enrolment and other particulars.

First and third positions in the merit list were bagged by two students of Liaquat College of Medicine and Dentistry, Rafia Rafiq and Paras Jawaid Ahmad respectively. Erum Inayat Panjwani of Fatima Jinnah Dental College secured second position.

HOME ECONOMICS: The University of Karachi will accept examination forms and fee of MSc (Home Economics), previous and final, annual exams 2005, from fresh and failure candidates from Aug 9 to 24, said a notification.
