Need for flyover

Published October 21, 2019

BALOCHISTAN University is one of the largest in the province located on Sariab road in Quetta where thousands of students are enrolled.

The university road is one of the city’s busiest roads where traffic congestion is a daily routine. Hundreds of students, respected professors and aged citizens face the traffic jam problem.

The Frontier Constabulary has a check post inside the university. Whenever an FC convoy is passing on the university road, all traffic is made to stop for VIP protocol. This results in traffic jams lasting hours.

The concerned authority is requested to construct a flyover on university road to ensure smooth flow.
