Because in Pakistan, education – primary to higher education – is given the least priority! The country’s education system is carrying the colonial legacy of memorization of facts and reproducing them on exams by skill or by force! In West, there is no memorization, rather the focus is on transforming a student’s brain into a mind via the use of critical thinking, and problem solving approaches. Whereas the Pakistani students lack such skills. Moreover, in Pakistan the recent drastic budget cuts in education sector has almost bankrupted public higher education institutions; they do not have funds to pay salaries to their professors; hence, in such circumstances, watching/talking about moon has become a prime activity!
The Future belongs to those nations who can teach their young generations how to use their brains! The development of intellectual capital is key to success and progress!

No need to look west. Look just east of your border and learn.

Left one is irrelevant to the Right one.
One side shows the religious act while the other is purely scientific. There should have been a scientist on the left

@SAAD HAMEED,
I totally agree. In fact, there is no comparison between the two.
