I WANT to mention the callousness of the civic agency, Capital Development Authority, for not completing the Islamabad expressway. Every day there is a traffic jam which choke the new road.
People going to work and school-going children suffer the most as the traffic jams can take up to hours — and longer if there has been an accident.
Recently, there was an accident near Kaak Bridge and the situation became rather intolerable. Even ambulances cannot make their way to the nearest hospitals in this rush.
I request the authorities concerned to please resolve this problem.
