LAHORE: A sessions court on Saturday granted pre-arrest bail to retired Capt Safdar, husband of PML-N vice president Maryam Nawaz, in a case of hurling threats at policemen during a court appearance of his wife.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Azeem Sheikh allowed the bail to Safdar till Sept 7 subject to a surety bond of Rs50,000. The judge also sought a report from the Islampura SHO on the next hearing.
