SBP reserves dip

KARACHI: Reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan fell by $25.7 million to $8.239 billion during the week ended Aug 17 due to external debt servicing and other official payments. On the other hand, reserves held by the commercial banks increased by $52.9m to $7.366bn.
