KARACHI, July 28: Upcoming Nasir Mushtaq annexed the 15th STA Talent Hunt ranking tennis boys Under-15 crown when he crushed Zuhair Raza in straights at City Sports Complex on Thursday.

Nasir controlled the final from the outset and never allowed his rival to dictate terms.

The scoreline was 6-2, 6-2. Khawaja Hamza lifted the boys under-9 crown overcoming Taha Band-e-Ali 6-1, 6-1 while Adil Kohari outplayed Nameer Shamsi to capture boys under-11 title.

Anam Saeed faced stiff resistance from Samar Essa in the first set of the girls under-17 final before lifting the top prize. She won 7-5, 6-0.

Girls U-17 (final): Anam Saeed bt Samar Essa 7-5, 6-0 Boys u-9 final Khawaja Hamza bt Taha Band-e-Ali 6-1, 6-4

Boys U-11 (final): Adil Kohari bt Nameer Shamsi 6-2, 6-3 Boys u-15 final Mushtaq Nasir bt Zuhair Raza 6-2, 6-2 Ladies singles semifinal Alay Zehra bt Deep Kiran 6-2, 6-0.
