KARACHI: Squash great Jahangir Khan was unanimously elected honorary chairman of the Sindh Squash Association (SSA) for the second term of four years in the elections held at Roshan Khan-Jahangir Khan Squash Complex the other day.

Former provincial player Adnan Asad was elected new president while Rashid Ahmed retained the post of secretary.

Adnan has succeeded Tahir Ahmed who was elevated to the post of vice-chairman.

All the office-bearers were elected unopposed.

Jahangir Khan (chairman), Tahir Ahmed (vice chairman), Adnan Asad (president), Tahir Jamil Khanzada (senior vice-president), Maqsood Esbhani, Prof Najeeb Channa and Mirza Asher Baig (vice-presidents), Rashid Ahmed (secretary), Omar Bangash (treasurer), Aijaz Shaikh (joint secretary). Executive Committee: One member from each affiliated district of Sindh.
