Does it mean that the Indian navy and defense establishment do not have QUALIFIED personnel to maintain these high tech arms that they buy? How would they be able to use these weapons? Very interesting situation!!!

To ISPR / FO Spokesman, please don't issue statements like strategic balance in the region is lost, our forces are fully prepared, etc... etc. Not even major Indian media reported this.

@M. Saeed, Oh yes India does take help from it's good friends which it has many like US, Israel n Russia. It also has some terror sponsors next door which it has to care about. It also spends just 1.5 percent of it's GDP on defence, one of the lowest in South Asia.
