KARACHI: Pakistan’s leading tennis player Aqeel Khan cruised past Nasir Bachani in straight sets while Parbat Kumar, Mudassir Mirza and Zubair Raja also beat their respective rivals in the men’s singles first round at the second Chairman JCSC Open Tennis Championships which commenced here at the DA Creek Club on Tuesday.

In the under-18 singles Ahmed Kamil, Hamid Israr, Abid Akber and Taha Aman outplayed their respective opponents.
