SUKKUR, July 20: The government has allocated Rs40.9 million for repairing and widening 12 roads in Sukkur and Ghotki districts, said a press statement issued here on Wednesday. Rs10 million each has been earmarked for repairs, renovation and widening of two roads from Salehpat to Sikandar Abad, Rs8 million for a road from Khanpur Mahar to Ghulam Bund, Rs1.2 million for a road from Thikratho, Nagoro, via Sardar Mohammad Bux, Hakalpat village, Rs2.5 million for a bridge over the Bumbly and Lath Minor and a road from Khanpur Mahar to Ghulam Bund, Rs5.5 million for a road from Khanpur Jarwar to Yaro Lund, Rs3.6 million for a road from Nimal Landhi, Maulvi Mohammad Yousuf Chachar village, Rs8.5 Million for a road from Sultan Pur to Thikratho via the Roopar Road, Rs0.40 million for construction of three spans on the Sangrar Road and Rs2.5 millions for a road from the Mataro Faqir village to Autaq Faqir Ilyas Mangrio.
