ISLAMABAD: Capital Development Authority (CDA)’s four-day auction of residential and commercial plots will start at Jinnah Convention Centre on Monday.

CDA spokesperson Syed Safdar Ali said arrangements for the auction had been finalised.

He said in order to ensure transparency in theauctionproceedings, a committee headed by Member Finance Dr Fahad Aziz had been constituted.

Residential plots located in developed sectors and commercial plots at prime locations would be offered at the auction.T he residentialplots would be presented for auction during the first two days. The commercial plots of different categories include those in Blue Area, developed marakiz, hospitals and class-III shopping centres.
