Yayvo is going a step further in compensating cricket fans by reimbursing the cost of home deliveries despite incurring significant shipping and logistics costs.

Due to substantial operational and logistical challenges in the delivery of HBL PSL 2019 matches scheduled for Lahore, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has decided to shift all matches to National Stadium, Karachi.

For the benefit of the customers, Yayvo.com made the decision on Monday to offer full refunds for everyone who purchased tickets for Lahore matches.

Refund Procedure:

Since multiple payment mechanisms were used to purchase tickets, here is how the refund procedure will work:

1. Credit/Debit Card: If you made the purchase via credit or debit card, the amount will be refunded fully to your respective account.

2. JazzCash Mobile Account: The amount paid for the tickets will be reversed in the customer's mobile wallet account.

3. JazzCash OTC/Voucher: If you purchased the tickets through OTC/voucher, customers will be contact by Yayvo.com. The customer support representative will collect CNIC and phone numbers, and ticket holders will then collect refunds from any JazzCash retailer/agent.
