Cadet boxing from July 29

KARACHI, July 6: The Third National Cadet boxing championship will be held from July 29 to 31, Pakistan Boxing Federation (PBF) announced on Wednesday. The event will be contested in all weight divisions from 48 kg to 86 kg and all affiliated units of PBF would be taking part in three-day fist-fighting gala.

As per regulations, only boys in age category between 15-16 will be eligible to appear in the competition. Age of the boxers will be determined through birth certificate or “B” form.

During the championship, Pakistan cadet boxing squad for World Cadet Boxing Championship schedule to be held at Liverpool (UK) will be picked.—APP
