TAXILA: The decomposed body of a Hassanabdal police official who drowned three months back Ghazi Brotha water channel was found from Ghazi reservoir.
SI Azram Khan who was in-charge of Burhan police station drowned in Ghazi Brotha water channel while going to his native town after performing his duties on Dec 7.
Later, his car was retrieved from the channel by Rescue 1122 divers. However, his body could not be found despite over one week efforts by Navy, Army and Rescue 1122 divers in Ghazi Brotha water channel as well as river Indus. On Friday his body was found from the reservoir of Ghazi Brotha power project.
