KHAR: Leaders of All Bajaur Political Parties Alliance here on Tuesday demanded of the Sindh government to arrest the killers of three labourers from Bajaur in Larkana city and said that they would hold a series of protests to secure justice for the victim families.

“The silence of the Sindh government on the killing of three labourers last week by unknown armed men in Larkana city is a matter of serious concern for the people and political parties in Bajaur. We want the government to arrest the killers without further delay,” said Maulana Waheed Gul, president of the alliance, while addressing a press conference in Bajaur Press Club here.

ANP local president Attaullah Khan, PPP president Aurangzeb, Anwarul Haq of PML-N and Said Badshah of JUI-F were also present on the occasion. Maulana Gul said the Sindh government and Larkana police had failed to arrest the killers despite passage of several days of the incident.

The alliance leaders suspected that the labourers could have been killed on ethnic basis as they had no enmity or dispute with anyone in Larkana or in their native town.

They feared that some influential persons and groups could be behind the incident.

They said the alliance leaders had decided to send its delegation to Larkana city to talk to the relevant authorities for immediate arrest of the killers.

They said that a demonstration would also be held in Khar on Wednesday(today) against the killings, followed by in Inayat Kallay and Nawagai on Saturday and Monday, respectively.
