Man dies in tribal clash

SHIKARPUR, Jan 11: One person was killed and a girl was injured in a clash between Jakhrani and Jafri tribesmen in village Azad Jafri on Friday.

A group of 16 armed Jakhrani tribesmen attacked the village and opened fire with Kalashnikovs on the Jafris who returned fire.

As a result Sadaruddin Jafri was killed and his daughter Lalan was injured.

After receiving information, Golodero and Garhi Yasin police rushed to the site and controlled the situation.
