JOHANNESBURG: Wicket-keeper/batsman Quinton de Kock and veteran pace bowler Dale Steyn have been rested from the South Africa squad for the first two ODIs against Pakistan.
The duo will be replaced by Aiden Markram and Duanne Olivier.
The opening match of the series takes place at St George’s Park in Port Elizabeth on Saturday while the second ODI will be played three days later in Durban.
