EBM sponsored the 9th Pakistan Veteran Cricket Association (PVCA) Inter-School Tournament which had its grand finale held on Sunday, December 30th 2018.

The event was hosted by one of Pakistan’s largest biggest biscuit manufacturer, EBM. A total of 32 teams including eight government schools participated in the tournament.

In attempt to empower the youth of Pakistan, the tournament proved to be a platform honing talent of all youngsters participating.

EBM collaborated with PVCA to promote beginners' level of cricket across the country and to encourage platforms that provide the right mentorship to enable youth to showcase their skills and build brighter careers.

Recognising the need of providing the youth of Pakistan with relevant exposure in the field, EBM believes not many opportunities exist which is why growth of sport and related activities is fairly hampered.

The event was appreciated by large crowds of guests and spectators. The competitive, fun-filled finale had 55 matches organised through the platform and played between Al Fatima Academy and Kamran Public School; the latter witnessed a glorious victory.

The success of this tournament and the zeal of youth only goes to show that Pakistan is not just brimming with talent but also has great potential for the leaders of tomorrow.
