APROPOS the letter above (Jan 7). The writer is of the opinion that Pakistan needs to learn from India to be successful in its propaganda. I think Pakistan is neither losing any propaganda war nor should its priority be to focus upon it.
Pakistan is severely constrained in the fields of economy, technology, industry, financial stability, etc. Then there are other issues such as staying off the FATF grey list, poor HDI indicators, low literacy rate, religious extremism and terrorism, a next to none scientific, technological or innovation base.
In the light of above, Pakistan needs to focus on correcting itself internally for its survival and long-term stability. Developed countries can afford to throw money and focus upon propaganda exploits. Underdeveloped countries like Pakistan need to feed hungry mouths first.
