Makers of Kashmir Cooking Oils and Banaspati celebrate 56 years in Pakistan

United Industries Limited hosted a grand ceremony at Serena Hotel, Faisalabad to unveil new corporate logo and TVC.

United Industries Limited (UIL) recently hosted a grand celebration, called Unleash, Ignite and Lead, for employees at Serena Hotel, Faisalabad. The organisation completes 56 years in Pakistan this year.

The ceremony was an attempt by the management to acknowledge the hard work and determination of employees associated with the organisation for years. The company also celebrated the brand that is Kashmir Cooking Oils and Banaspati, and all of its successful expansion plans.

Led by values of the organisation's founding members, UIL has come a long way since its inception in 1962. The company and its products have been a constant with the Pakistani household for over 56 years now.

About Unleash, Ignite and Lead

The event, comprising of an interactive Q&A session with Director Operations (UIL), Muhammad Waleed Muggo, was hosted by Sophia Anjum. Mr. Waleed Muggo shared the company's expansion plans and product capacity to shed light on all that is in-store for the future.

The primary objective of the event was not only to give due credit to the employees but also to share the latest happenings which include, unveiling of the new corporate identity, the company logo, evolution of vision, mission and values, and the first look of new packaging for the entire range of Kashmir Cooking Oils and Banaspati.

On the occasion, UIL's Director Marketing, Mian Shahzad Khalid commented on the company's long and successful journey in Pakistan and said, “United Industries has always believed in delivering on the promise of delighting the hearts of its loyal consumers who are like a family for us. Our products are unison of unmatched quality standards and the drive to embrace our values; which have nurtured generations. As we grow in capacity, our core focus is also to uplift the brand perception and to transform with the new age. The new identity encapsulates all of this in one.”

CEO Muhammad Akbar Muggo, Executive Director Mian Maqbool-ur-Rehman, Director Operations Muhammad Waleed Muggo, Director and Sales & Procurement Muhammad H. Muggo shared the new logo with attendees of the event.

This was followed by the unveiling of new packaging by Director, Marketing Mian Shahzad Khalid, and the exclusive preview of the new TV commercial for Kashmir Cooking Oils & Banaspati.

Also at the event, Executive Director Mian Maqbool-ur-Rehman was honored with the Service Excellence Award which was presented by Muhammad Akbar Muggo, Muhammad Waleed Muggo and Muhammad H. Muggo in appreciation of his continuous support to the organization since 1962.

To end the ceremony, dance performances by Wahab Shah Group and Qawwali performances by Asif Ali Santo were organised.

This was followed by dinner where employees networked and celebrated their achievements in unison.
