LAHORE: The Punjab government has planned farm tourism festival to raise awareness on agriculture.

Minister for Tourism Raja Yasir Humanyun Sarfraz says the Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab will organise this new form of tourism.

In a statement, he said the Agri-Tourism Festival would be organised every month, beginning with guava festival at Ayaz Farm, Sharqpur, on Dec 23 from 10:30am to 3:30pm where different stalls of traditional food to be prepared with guava would be established.
