PAKHTUNS residing in our country’s tribal belt have faced the brunt of the war on terror in the form of collateral damage for which the state is largely responsible.
The government should take remedial steps in a timely and effective manner to pacify the people of this area. They should help rehabilitate the locals.
It is time for the state to meticulously analyse the situation in order to address the genuine grievances of its aggrieved citizens and quell those malicious elements whose sole aim is to destabilise Pakistan by creating differences.
