KARACHI: Sindh High Court Chief Justice Ahmed Ali M. Shaikh on Saturday summoned the deputy commissioner Badin over dilapidated condition of a government school in Badin.

The chief justice had taken notice last month of media reports regarding dilapidated condition of a primary school in Ali Mohammad Parhyar village, Badin and sought a report from the district judge concerned.

The report of district and sessions judge (Badin) was placed before the chief justice and after examining it, he summoned the DC Badin and XEN, education works department, Badin, for in-person appearance along with relevant record on Nov 20.
