We finally see Joaquin Phoenix transform as The Joker.

The actor's first look had previously released, showing him as Arthur Fleck, the failed comedian who turns to crime in a desperate hour of need but becomes much worse after a fatal incident.

Now we see what Phoenix will look like after the incident, when he becomes the mad clown.

The camera test shows Arthur Fleck descend into madness as his new identity, although we're sure this won't be the final look for The Joker, but could just be a transitional look itself. The film is said to take inspiration from The Killing Joke but will be placed in the 'Elseworld' series; think alternate dimension.

The eerie vibe from the camera test does give us a hint of the dark tale ahead but we're still curious about Batman's role in the film not being confirmed yet. After all, The Joker is Batman's first and biggest mistake, it only makes sense for him to have a small cameo.

So far, we are intrigued by Joaquin as Mr J and want to see more. The film's tentative release date is October 4, 2019.
