PESHAWAR: The Peshawar Electric Supply Company has launched complaint management system to redress public complaints regarding inflated bills, faulty system, low voltage, tripping, etc.

An official on Thursday told this scribe that public complaints would directly go to the consumers complaint management system and the complainants would be kept informed about the entire process of removal of the faults.

It was learnt that the consumers could register their complaints on 188. Similarly, they can also convey their complaints via 8118 through SMS (text message).

They can register the complaints via Roshan Pakistan App from their laptop, android or computer where the complainant could get complaint tracking number for keeping himself updated regarding the problem.

The complaints will be checked by the concerned executive engineer, superintending engineer, sub-divisional officer and line superintendent of a particular area. The consumers have also been given the opportunity to have close liaison with the officials.

The official said that the basic purpose of the complaint management system was to redress public complaints within the shortest possible time and make the Pesco a consumers-friendly power company.
