KARACHI: Veteran Nadeem Javed slammed a half-century to help Rangoonwala defeat Eaton CC by six wickets in their Orchid School Royal Premier League Karachi fixture at the RLCA Gulberg Ground here on Monday.

Slow left-armer Imran Ali bowled a miserly spell of 3-13 in four overs as Eaton CC were restricted to 113-7 in the stipulated 20 overs.

Rangoonwala easily knocked off the required runs in 16.2 overs with Nadeem striking four sixes and three fours in his 48-ball knock of 58.

Chief guest Sikander Ali Bozdar later presented the man-of-the-match prize to Nadeem.
