What is happening! 1,600 development projects launched in Balochistan and no any sign of development?

@M. Saeed well said. Millions in local & foreign currency along with gold & other items recovered from Raisani, ex finance secretary must be part of the funds released to implement these projects. In fact it is not the planning & development department but finance & AG office, who are responsible for approval & release of development budget for any government project. It is mind boggling that if the project were not included in the provincial annual development program, how their PC1 was prepared and approved & subsequently release of funds affected? All the aforementioned provincial departments have scrutiny & assessment cells,therefore, unless a complete connivance, not at work, it is almost impossible that not one but 1600 projects not part of annual development program, should have seen disbursment of fundings in the first place. A commendable start by the CM of this poor province fighting to contain huge budgetary deficit in check & looking for social uplift of his people at large

There are no limit of fraudulence, corruption in this unlimited natural resources Balochistan province yet the people are getting poorer and poorer. CM needs a very honest and bold steps to curb these curses.
