I WOULD like to draw attention of the railway authorities to the lack of certain facilities at railway stations.

The pedestrian bridges to access platforms at railway stations are a hurdle for handicapped persons and senior citizens. There are no wheelchairs available for the infirm neither are there pathways for wheelchairs while the distance from the parking area to the ticket counters and the platforms is sizeable.

The railway authorities should resolve these issues.
