THE result of balloting for premiership was declared in the National Assembly on Aug 17. After the results were announced, the members delivered customary speeches.
All spoke in the national language, Urdu, save Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari who chose to deliver his speech in English. Does Bilawal know that a majority of Pakistanis do not know English?
One wonders who was Bilawal trying to impress?
