PESHAWAR: The Peshawar Electric Supply Company has announced that it will ensure smooth power supply to its consumers across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during Eidul Azha. The consumers have been asked to contact the Pesco’s crisis management cell in case of any emergency in any part of the province.

According to a statement issued here on Monday, Pesco has set up a crisis management cell at Wapda House to deal with any emergency during the Eid holidays.

Chief Executive Pesco Engr Mohammad Amjad Khan will supervise the performance of the cell and will issue necessary instructions to complete the restoration work without delay in case of any power failure due to technical faults.

All necessary arrangements have been made in addition to provision of essential equipment to all Pesco subdivisions and complaint centres so that emergency could be tackled promptly.

Special instructions have been issued to field formations to ensure continued power supply and keep open all the complaints offices in respective areas round the clock.
