PESHAWAR: The Peshawar Electric Supply Company has announced that power supply will remain suspended in parts of the provincial metropolis on Wednesday (today) and Thursday from three to seven hours due to maintenance work on transmission lines.

According to a statement, the power supply in Peshawar cantonment would remain suspended from 9am to 12 noon, resultantly consumers of MES-2, Saddar Road, Mall Road, Sunehri Masjid Road, Mall Road, Fort Jail, Secretariat and University Town will face inconvenience.

The consumers of Hayatabad-1, Hayatabad Surgical, FF Steel, Mohmand Steel and Express-I feeders will face power suspension from 7am to 10am.

The supply will remain suspended from Balakot Grid Station on Wednesday (today) from 9am to 4pm, affecting consumers of Balakot,Ghari Habibullah and Bohi. Also, the power supply will remain suspended from Chitral Grid Station on June 27, 28 and 30 from 5am to 12 noon.
