IT is shocking and shameful for me as a citizen of Pakistan to accept this injustice of acquittal of the cruel person who stabbed this helpless young woman, Khadija Siddiqui, 23 times in broad daylight.

Unfortunately, there seems to be no justice in this country for the weak and the poor if perpetrators of their misery are members of the rich and powerful elite. People look up to the Chief Justice of Pakistan.

This acquittal by the judiciary is based on technicalities created by weak prosecution and an equally corrupt police investigation and pressures by a group of lawyers.
