District safety body set up

TIMERGARA, Jan 8: A new district safety committee has been constituted in district Dir Lower. In a circular issued from the office of convener of district council, Haji Mohammad Rasool Khan, previous district safety committee has been abolished with immediate effect.

Nazim union council Kambat, Saeed Ahmad Khan, Nazim union council Haya Sirai Sadiq Ahmad, Nazim union council Kotkai Mohammad Kamal, Nazim union council Manda Maulvi Mohammad Gulab, district woman councillor Mrs Bacha Haram and district woman councillor Mrs Jamila Bibi will be the members of the district safety committee constituted by the district government.

All the affiliated departments have been informed about the decision of the district government.

The public, elected Nazims and councillors have appreciated this step and hoped that the committee will play its role in solving the problems.
