IF a news report that speaks of delays in the proceedings of court cases against the Faizabad demonstrators is to be believed, it can be assumed that the government has possibly succumbed to one among the many demands of the TLP.
However, the non-completion of the procedural formalities has been put forward as a reason for the delay before a fresh inquiry is announced.
There is an impression that the government is once again giving in to demands made by a religio-political group that almost paralysed the federal capital for two weeks, while strongly challenging the writ of the state.
