KARACHI, May 20: The examination staff on Friday made a case of unfair means against a candidate appearing in the intermediate exams at the Government City College for submitting his answer script late. The Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi, sources said in all two cases of unfair means were reported to the board on Friday. Both cases pertained to the first shift.
It was said that one of the candidates at the City College, appeared before the examination staff around 11.15am, 15 minutes after the end of the paper, to give back his answer script. The centre staff, who did not agree with the candidate, has reported the case to the board under unfair means for further action, said a source.
Another candidate escaped away with his written answer script from the Government Degree College, Landhi/Korangi-6.
According to latest reports, about four cases of unfair means have been reported during the first four days of the HSC annual examinations.
SPLA: The Sindh Professors and Lecturer’s Association (SPLA) on Friday charged that 500 examination copies had gone missing from the board, adds PPI.
In a press release issued on Friday, it strongly criticized the board authorities for not making proper arrangements for the ongoing intermediate annual exams.
