GUJRAT: PML-Q President Chaudhry Shujaat Husain says the judges showing patience with vitriol deserve appreciation.

He was talking to reporters after inaugurating a community centre in Sara-i-Alamgir town of Gujrat district on Monday.

“I have seen military and civilian regimes during my 45-year long political life and have been in opposition and [in] government but never saw such a [dirty] era when democracy is being ridiculed, abuses are being hurled but appreciable are those judges who are showing patience,” he said.

To a question, he said: “I don’t see elections will be held on time because of discrepancies in delimitations.”

UoG Olympiad: The first Hayatians Olympiad KATH ’18 which attracted students from more than 100 universities from all over the country came to a roaring success here at Hafiz Hayat Campus of the University of Gujrat (UoG) on Sunday.
